The President closes the 4th National Congress of Productive Councils of Workers

Miranda, January 17, 2022 (Presidential Press Office) – The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, led the closing ceremony of the IV National Congress of the Workers’ Productive Councils (CPTT), from the Tuyero-Coveplast Socialist Plant, in the San Francisco de Yare parish, Miranda state.

Yesterday, during the five working tables that took place during the installation of this meeting, participants came up with a set of conclusions derived from the Workers’ Productive Councils that will be delivered to the Venezuelan Head of State.

At the technological table, the members showed their inventiveness; at the training table, the proposal to create a training system of an open digital platform for self-training emerged; and in the area of regulations, the rules of the same were discussed.

Also, there was progress in the Manuel de Salas of Productive Battle Rooms debate, as well as the definition of the technical guide for each CPTT.

The Congress of the Working Class is an open door in the Bolivarian Revolution. The Congress will listen to the workers in the context of the new model of participative and protagonist management of the working class with voice and vote to have the power to decide in the companies from the administrative and productive point of view.

These debates generate when Venezuela leads the uprising of the productive apparatus of the nation. It is a premise that does not give up despite all the illegal sanctions against the country. The ingenuity and productive capacity of the Venezuelan workers, a key player in the new and effective management system, have prevailed in this context.

Yesterday, more than 600 workers participated in the work tables to promote and evaluate the processes of production, supply, commercialization, and distribution of goods and services for the Venezuelan population, since the installation of the 4th Congress of the Working Class.

Earlier, the Venezuelan Dignitary highlighted that the National Congress of Productive Councils of Workers has to build a new productive and efficient management model.

“The CPTTs are tasked with building a new productive, efficient, effective, honest, democratic, high-level scientific and technological management model, which response to Bolivarian Socialism. We must take giant steps to accomplish this task,” the Head of State posted through his Twitter account @NicolasMaduro.

Among other authorities of the government team, Delcy Rodriguez, Executive Vice-President of the Republic, Tareck El Aissami, Sectoral Vice-President of Economy and People’s Power Minister of Petroleum, and Francisco Torrealba, People’s Power Minister for the Social Process of Labor, attended the meeting.
