Lara, March 24, 2023.- As a concrete result of the Communal Government Cabinets, the Popular Power of the Iribarren municipality in the state of Lara received this Wednesday an endowment of medical supplies and technical aids, as well as land titles, in a day of attention to the people organized by different authorities of the national, regional and municipal government.
From the Carlos Gil Yepez high school in Ruezga Norte, the community spokesmen and spokeswomen presented the principal needs of the population, which have been prioritized and systematized in the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA).
In this sense, Mayor Luis Jonas Reyes stated that “this Concrete Action Agenda allows us to trace the investment route to be carried out in these territories prioritizing public services and also the different social cases that may arise in the territory, and the idea is also to guarantee the Bricomiles in the health and education sectors.”
“Today, thanks to the Federal Council of Government that promotes resources for the organized territories, the decentralization process will consolidate. That is why we receive part of these resources to invest in almost a thousand luminaries. We are also going to work with the Plan Tapa Huecos to improve roads and visualize the steps of the 1×10 of good governance, as a new methodology that allows us to know the realities that arise in the communities and are sent to the institutions”, said the burgomaster.
For his part, the Minister of Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza, highlighted that “this format of government that the President has been developing, especially this last year, with the 1×10 of good governance, leads us to a direct relationship with the people and consequently with the needs of the people”.
“To date, 10 Communal Cabinets took place in the entity, and the idea is that the four levels of government, national, regional, municipal and revolutionary Popular Power act contributing and contributing to solving the needs of the people”, reiterated the ministerial authority.
Likewise, the president of Banco Bicentenario, Simon Zerpa, informed that soon there would be a day of communal bankarization, which will also allow each Commune to apply to the bank some 15 productive projects that may be subject to credit to promote entrepreneurship.
Among the communal spokespersons, Medardo Gallardo, a member of parliament of the Ruezga Norte Revolucionaria y Victoriosa Socialist Commune, called on the authorities for the improvement of roads, a school institution, all this as a result of the agreements of the ACA.
The occasion was propitious for the delivery of land titles to guarantee to those who have lived on the land for many years the ownership of their homes resulting from the work done together.
