Caracas, October 22, 2023 (Mincomunas Press) – On Friday, the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, announced that the extraordinary income of the nation is destined to the Communal Economic Circuits, which will contribute to the strengthening of this mechanism of Communal aggregation throughout the country.
“While we are recovering the national income, everything that comes in extra to the national income will go directly to the Communal Economic Circuits, to those that exist and to those that we are going to create,” said the President during a multitudinous act in the Poliedro of Caracas to celebrate the 11th anniversary of the Rudder Around.
The Head of State also approved the amount of 348,165,020 Bolivars to promote 43 Communal Economic Circuits and authorized a Commission to transfer competencies to the People’s Power.
With this, 15 industrial plants located in different regions of the country will be transferred, of which two will be active for the first time, seven will reactivated, and six will improve for the administration of communal industries.
In food matters, he instructed the transfer of 48 Mercal and Pdval establishments to reactivate them as “Made in Commune” brand stores to commercialize communal products and organic seeds and add to the national production.
The Communes of the country can take over the industrialization process of all the products made in those territories.
