Barinas, February 11, 2023 (Press Mincomunas) – This Saturday, the Bolivarian Government and the People’s Power jointly installed the first Cabinet of Public Services in the Ramon Ignacio Mendez parish, in the sector 1° de Diciembre, Barinas state, in the spaces of the Virgen Maria Basic School.
This cabinet will make up of 93 Community Councils spokespersons, who will establish work tables with representatives of the Mayor’s Office, the Governor’s Office, and the Ministries to diagnose and prioritize in the medium and short term the main problems of the communities, to provide them with timely responses.
Likewise, through this instance, they will generate a government plan among the different actors involved to balance and evaluate the proposals.
For his part, the People’s Power Minister for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza, stated that this first pilot cabinet would address everything related to the Ramon Ignacio Mendez parish public services.
“We will emulate this experience in all the territories, Communal Councils, and Communes of the state of Barinas. The idea is to govern under the People’s Power criteria, which must organize to summon and work in citizens’ assembly, the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA) and the Map of Solutions”.
He pointed out that we must prioritize the three most relevant problems of the territory to manage the resources to carry out the projects in the areas of public services, health, and education, among others.
The Minister emphasized that the people must become the government, in coordination with the Bolivarian Administration, the Federal Council of Government, and the Communal Integration System (Sinco), to solve all the needs of the Plains entity.
