It is worth mentioning that 369 communal producers are linked to the new economy for the life of the communes.

In his speech, the Minister of Communes indicated that all this is the jewel of the Venezuelan people. “We are in the middle of the city in an ecological parish. At this moment, President Nicolas Maduro, from Egypt, has said that capitalism is responsible for the climate crisis. If we do not change humanity’s massive consumption model, we are closer to extinction after 40 years”.

“These 22 Communes of the capital city with a breeding plan for life, unlike other parts of the world (…), are relying on the people’s capacity for debate and prioritizing their projects. The Bicentennial Bank is making an important effort in dismantling that internal scaffolding, unlike traditional banking, which traps capital to reproduce it”, stressed the minister.

The ministerial authority urged to attack the critical knots. “The president has great confidence in the communal leadership to solve problems.”

Formula 27

The head of Communes raised Formula 27, which talks about unity, battle, and victory. “We must have that unity in the strategic, political, and Homeland Plan.”

“In the organizational aspect, there are the Communes and Communal Councils, as a formula to build socialism from the territory. In the programmatic aspect, there is the Breeding Plan, the ACÁ, the laws and programs for the construction of socialism in the territory with political and organizational unity”, explained Arreaza.

“Self-government or self-management, where the Commune will be able to give refinancing to other communal processes, as well as the comptroller as social control of all processes,” continued explaining the Minister of Communes.

“There are three areas: economy, to produce happiness, we solve problems, and where there are no Communes, it is more difficult because production relations determine all areas in a society.”

The communal authority determined that production relations determine all spheres in society.

“Social protection shows how we territorialize the Mission System, linked to the different Committees, to the public services. We can help others with the surplus without expecting from anyone with communal management”, detailed the ministerial authority.

The President of Banco Bicentenario reflected, “You have a cap that says Made in Communes, where it is produced and sold from there at more accessible prices, achieving that the common merchant lowers prices because you are impacting the bank.”

“We have been doing a job of uninstalling the bureaucracy and the very nature of a bank. We have the spaces for export from the Commune”, Zerpa stressed.

Producers committed to communal power.
