The new automated registration system to update the spokespersons of the Communal Councils of the country has successfully issued the first electronic certificates and minutes, informed this Thursday by the People’s Power Minister for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza.
The first issuances highlighted by the head of the ministerial body through his Twitter account @jaarreaza, were carried out “without bureaucracy, without queues, without charges.”
Last June, during an activity in the Altos de Lidice Commune in La Pastora, Caracas, the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, announced the beginning of a new registration process and inscription of all the Communal Councils of the country.
“Communal Councils, Communes of Venezuela, the time has come to build socialism in the territorial, it is the creation of our Commander Hugo Chavez, his maximum dream, his first dream, his dream of the future,” said on that occasion, the head of state.
The new registration process obeys the complaints made by the people about obstacles presented with the delivery, charges, and renewal of birth certificates of the Communal Councils.

“The election to adequate the spokespersons are necessary, but even more necessary is that the Units, Working Committees, and Citizens’ Assemblies of our Communal Councils are activated, convened, and work functionally. Real Popular Power!” he also emphasized on Twitter.
