Miranda, May 24, 2023 (Miranda press) – On Wednesday, Miranda State Governor, Hector Rodriguez, expressed that management efficiency of resources is the flag of the communes in the region regarding the projects executed through the Popular Consultation of 2022 and 2023.
During his participation in the National Congress of People’s Power Direct Experiences of Management, organized by the Ministry of Communes and Social Movements at the Casa Borges Cultural Center in Petare, Rodriguez ratified that the plans that the People’s Power has executed have had a 90 percent effectiveness rate.
“It takes organization, the people being organized and convinced of their capacity and strength (…) Everything we have progressed in the State’s social fabric organization is the combination of these things,” he said.
He pointed out that the role of citizenship in state decision-making continues to be a fundamental aspect of the Bolivarian Revolution since this is the political project that enables the participation of all in social, territorial, economic, and environmental development plans, among others.
The Governor emphasized that the Revolution’s model has the greatest social happiness and is a “longing of historic humanity” becoming a reality in Venezuela.
He also urged the communes to continue working collectively and to strengthen participatory and protagonist democracy.
